In this two-day course, you will learn how to optimize your asset and configuration management with Jira Assets. Jira Assets provides teams with an easy and fast way to associate assets and configuration items with service requests, incidents, problems, changes and other processes.

Using practical examples and theoretical knowledge, participants will learn how a Jira-native object management solution can be used with Jira Assets, for example to build a CMDB (Configuration Management Database), a service catalog or a SACM (Service Asset Configuration Management).

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Jira Service Management is required for this seminar.
