In this two-day course, you will learn how to map your ITIL-compliant processes in Jira Service Desk and thus improve the quality of your IT service management.

Requirements

Initial experience with the ITIL framework is an advantage for this seminar.

Seminar duration

2 days each from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. including a one-hour break.

Seminar costs

For public training courses, we offer a direct provider price of only € 1.305,00 plus VAT per participant (standard price € 1.450,00 less a 10% discount). Meals and seminar documents, if any, will be billed separately.
